Physical activity, though not necessarily inspired by prehistoric times, is just as important today; Even more so when you are shut-in. Regardless of your age, be it pain, mental or physical ability or disability, if you aim to stay healthy and prudent during challenging or difficult times, you should engage in certain types of physical activities.
It’s nice to be “out and about” with friends, however, you don’t need physical activity and mental stimulation. In fact, there is a simple and easy way to put both into your day ... go ahead. People who are blessed with good physical and emotional health go in and out of the house naturally and regularly.
Moving forward naturally is to include your day’s activity that doesn’t put in too much effort or effort. Examples of natural bustle activities include: standing talking on the phone, marching to watch your favorite TV show or movie, dancing to your favorite music (anytime, anywhere), sitting or walking, cooking Happened Swing from side to side. During the day or week, even small daily movements, such as cleaning, dusting, wiping, or turning off the lights. A big or small movement, all those things.
Sometimes, I am asked, "Are you sitting on a stone chair?" Depends. I once read that our 35th U.S. president used an amazing chair to ease his back pain. While rocking has some health benefits, there are other ways to move that more accurately meet the defined definition of physical activity and natural movement. Of course, brokering back to the chair is better than nothing.
The bottom line is this: find the natural movement of your choice. Then, make it a daily habit. Be consistent, honest, and passionate. See each opportunity as an opportunity to move. It doesn't matter if you are sitting or standing, let's go. Those who move forward naturally have a better quality of life (and that sun is better) than those who do not.
Stay healthy ... be sensible ... stay active.
